HI! I am a developer, based out of Manila, Philippines. I specialize in creating web and server applications that are designed to handle thousands to millions of users. My projects have been focused on social networking, social media, online media, online identity, online security, and other “web 2.0″ buzzwords. I have worked almost exclusively for startups in my 5 year career. I am currenty working for an US-based MMO company as an Application Development Manager, and for another startup that’s set to make some waves in the online media space. One day I plan to put up a local startup that will help cultivate the local technology/development scene. I am also trying to promote the Philippines as a technology and innovation hub.

I grew up in Baguio City and currently live over at Antipolo. I have been programming and tinkering with computers for as long as I can remember. Being a self-proclaimed geek (the geek shall inherit the earth), I’m interested in the normal stuff like sci-fi, history, economics, socio-anthropology, DIY and of course, code (mmmm…). In my freetime, I play World of Warcraft with my lovely could-be-a-part-time-model girlfriend, who is always several levels higher than me. I enjoy the occasional drink (finely filtered vodka over ice) or two (or ten) and a packet of smokes. My favorite punctuation marks are parentheses (in case you haven’t noticed).

I have been trying to get this blog thing online for quite sometime but never did quite push through with it. So I’ve decided to finally (finally finally) finish up this theme and finally put my domain to good use. I may not be the best writer or the most social blogger, but I’ll try my f-ing best to give you content about technology, programming, and software development, plus the occasional how-im-doing-today-post.
